Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Processing errors that prevented document generation
• Failed generation due to a system error
• Duplicate charges

Contact us at support@aido.tax with your payment reference and a description of the issue.

Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
